Introduction	The project aims to support the Republic of Moldova to meet the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) requirements for action and support, as defined in Article 13 of the Paris Agreement, by strengthening institutional and technical capacity of key stakeholders and equipping them with necessary tools, climate skills and knowledge, with a focus on integrating gender considerations throughout the process. It is comprised of three components and corresponding outcomes and outputs.

Objective / Goal	To support the Republic of Moldova in meeting the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) requirements for action and support, as outlined in Article 13 of the Paris Agreement, by enhancing institutional and technical capacity for measuring and reporting emissions (GHG inventory), tracking progress on Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), and addressing mitigation and adaptation activities, as well as finance, technology, development, and capacity-building support received and needed. By the end of the project, the national institutional capacity and information management system will be enhanced, enabling effective monitoring and reporting of NDCs and climate change mitigation and adaptation actions for the Biennial Transparency Report.
