Complaints and Conflict Resolution Mechanism
In order to strengthen transparency, participation, and accountability, the GCF–Visión Amazonía Project has established a Complaints and Conflict Resolution Mechanism, in compliance with the guidelines of the Green Climate Fund.
This citizen response mechanism has been created to ensure that all individuals, communities, and other interested stakeholders can access public information, express concerns, submit inquiries, petitions, complaints, or claims, and receive timely and respectful responses regarding situations related to the implementation of the project.
Please note that the GCRM is not only intended to address grievances. It also collects suggestions that contribute to the continuous improvement of project activities in the territories.
