1. To develop and consolidate the annual work plans for the MERANTI Project and AIM4Forests Initiative, ensuring complementarity, clear prioritization, and realistic implementation timelines—beginning with activities for 2026 while identifying those to be continued during 2027–2028.
2. To identify cross-cutting themes and strategic partnerships (such as gender, youth, and community engagement) for integration into the work plans, while mapping potential implementing partners for future activities.
