The FAO Regional Office for Africa is holding a unique culinary experience with Chef Binta. As part of the International Year of Millets 2023, Chef Binta will be showcasing her expertise in preparing delicious millet-based dishes, with a special focus on fonio.
This event, titled "Dine on a Mat," is a tribute to Chef Binta's Fulani heritage and her award-winning culinary skills. It will be an opportunity to taste the flavors of Africa and learn more about the nutritional benefits of millets.
