The event is organized by the cultural association Music Theater International M.Th.I. ETS in collaboration with FOSAN, Bibliothè and the Indo Italian Institute for Trade and Technology, in the framework of the #IYM2023.
Agenda:
- Workshop with Makiko Taguchi (agriculture officer and lead technical officer of the International Year of Millets), Laura Paganini (nutritionist FOSAN), Francesco Maria Bucarelli (scientific committee FOSAN), Federico Cittadini (IIITT)
- Tasting of some recipes with millets prepared by the Bibliothè’s chef. Participants will receive a small handbook on millet.
