Students prepare innovative foods enriched with millets in Peru

The students of the Nutrition and Dietetics course of the Universidad Privada del Norte, Lima Sur (UPN) elaborated innovative foods enriched with millets, to contribute to the dissemination and knowledge of the grain. Taking into account that Peru is going through a serious problem of child malnutrition, food insecurity, climate change, and extreme poverty, it is necessary to educate the population about millets nutrients.
