The OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook 2019-2028 will provide consensus assessments of the prospects over the next 10 years for agricultural and fish commodity markets at national, regional and global levels. The report also covers animal feed, biofuels and agriculture's direct greenhouse gas emissions.
This year's Special Feature will focus on farming, trade and food security developments in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will launch the report at a press conference at FAO's Rome headquarters starting at 11:30 Rome time (09:30 GMT) on Monday, 8 July.
The report will be available to registered journalists on OECD's password-protected website at 11:30 CET (09:30 GMT) on Monday 8 July, for immediate release.
Journalists can receive advanced access to the electronic version of the report by e-mail - by request only on Friday 5th July until 15:00 (Rome time).

Angel Gurría, Secretary General, OECD and José Graziano da Silva, Director-General, FAO, will present their messages via video at the launch of the report, which will feature special remarks by Máximo Torero, Assistant Director-General, Economic and Social Development for FAO, and Ken Ash, Director, Trade and Agriculture Directorate for OECD followed by a technical presentation and a question-and-answer session.
