Typical information to be provided by the applicant

Name of manufacturer of the all the active ingredients in the formulated product, address, contact person, telephone, telefax, e-mail address.

 

Name and address of each manufacturing plant in which the active ingredient(s) is (are) manufactured. If after registration there are changes in the location or number of manufacturers, the information required should again be notified.
