Examples of the various registration approaches discussed in the Registration Strategies module are shown in the diagrams below. From top to bottom, they range from basic to increasingly comprehensive.

These are examples only, to illustrate the principle of the building block approach that can be used to progressively develop a more-and-more comprehensive registration system, based on rational use of (limited) resources as well as national legal and policy priorities.
