Notes for the organizers of side events
- The exact room number will be announced in due course.
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the maximum capacity of all side event rooms will be regulated according to the size and configuration of each room.
- All side-event rooms are equipped with a projector and a computer/laptop, sound system, and mics.
- Please prepare and bring name plates for your event’s speakers, as necessary.
