This Organic Seed Alliance publication reports on the State of Organic Seed project, which has the purpose of measuring progress in increasing the availability, quality, and integrity of organic seed in the USA. The report includes recommendations to guide research, education and policy efforts, and although the focus is on the organic seed system in the USA, much of the content may be useful to inform seed system development in other countries.
