Objective / Goal |
Support is provided for the development of evidence-based food losses and waste reduction programmes at national level - Innovative and good practices to reduce climate change effects on agriculture promoted. - Capacities of small livestock farmers and NGOs increased through capacity development in value chain development - Policy, strategy and investment programmes on FLW reduction implemented. - Increased awareness and knowledge on the impact of, and solutions for FLW - Collaboration, partnerships and synergy of region-wide initiatives on FLW reduction. - National policy/ strategy guidance, briefs and tool kits, to be part of a wider national strategy on food security, agricultural development, etc. - Increased capacity VC actors to implement FLW reduction activities |
