2025 World Statistics Day | 20 October

The fourth observance of World Statistics Day in 2025 will have the theme "Quality statistics and data for everyone".

In today's world, high-quality statistics are more important than ever. Trusted statistical sources help citizens, policymakers and businesses to cope with the complexities of these turbulent times. Statistics shed light on problems that might otherwise remain hidden, helping us in our mission to leave no one behind.

As this year marks the 80th anniversary of FAO, World Statistics Day provides an opportunity to celebrate 80 years of collective achievements in sustainable development, serving people and the planet.
