This training aims to train future French speaking professionals in terms of control and certification in organic farming. At total 20 people are expected to attend this training from West African countries. The training is provided entirely in French.

The trainees will learn how to conduct an organic farming control operation and to write an organic farming inspection report.

The specific objectives of this training are:

1. To consolidate the knowledge of listeners on the basics, principles and rules of organic farming,

2. To train participants on the values, challenges, approaches, tools and rules of organic farming control

3. To constitute a center of professional controllers in French-speaking Africa capable of supporting the development of the organic farming sector.

The overall objective is to contribute to the development of the organic farming sector in French-speaking West Africa.
