Nutrition policies and programmes

FAO assists Member States and relevant partners by improving the capacity for evidence, policy and action towards achieving Zero Hunger and eradicating all forms of malnutrition. This is accomplished by advocating, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating policies, programmes and investments to ensure that food systems, resilient to shocks, work for sustainable healthy diets for all.

What we do​

We work with all food systems actors to increase coherence and convergence in the areas of governance, policies, programmes, and investments to create an enabling environment for the eradication of hunger and all forms of malnutrition. Find out more about our work:
