Mécanismes

La FAO n'agit jamais seule. L'Organisation considère que la formulation et la mise en œuvre de politiques efficaces passent par une concertation inclusive. Elle dispense un soutien essentiel dans plusieurs domaines : participation des parties prenantes aux concertations sur les politiques, élaboration de normes, création de partenariats de travail, collecte, analyse et diffusion des données et des informations, mobilisation des ressources indispensables au changement transformationnel.

Le présent moteur de recherche donne accès à l'extraordinaire éventail de mécanismes politiques auxquels participe la FAO et dans lesquels elle intervient soit comme organisateur (définition de l'ordre du jour et services de secrétariat), soit comme partenaire stratégique (fourniture d'informations et d'expertise, facilitation des délibérations et contribution à la formulation de plans d'action).
