Article 19: "L’homme et la femme jouissent, à égalité, des droits et libertés à caractère civil, politique, économique, social, culturel et environnemental, énoncés dans le présent Titre et dans les autres dispositions de la Constitution, ainsi que dans les conventions et pactes internationaux dûment ratifiés par le Maroc et ce, dans le respect des dispositions de la Constitution, des constantes du Royaume et de ses lois."

Article 9: “The ratified and published international agreements and generally accepted rules of international law shall make an integral part of the internal legal order, shall have the supremacy over the national legislation and shall apply directly when they regulate relations differently than the national legislation.”

Article 18: “International law-

1. Validly approved and ratified International treaties and agreements shall enter into force in the Mozambican legal order once they have been officially published and while they are internationally binding on the Mozambican State.

2. Norms of international law shall have the same force in the Mozambican legal order as have infra-constitutional legislative acts of the Assembly of the Republic and the Government, according to the respective manner in which they are received.”

Article 11: “The fundamental objectives of the Republic of Mozambique shall be:  
c) the building of a society of social justice and the achievement of material and spiritual well being and quality of life for its citizens;  
e) the defence and promotion of human rights and of the equality of citizens before the law”.

Article 97: “The economic and social order of the Republic of Mozambique shall aim to satisfy the basic needs of the people and to promote social well being [...]”.

Artículo 4.3: “[...] Toda persona tiene derecho a la alimentación nutritiva, suficiente y de calidad. El Estado lo garantizará. [...] En todas las decisiones y actuaciones del Estado se velará y cumplirá con el principio del interés superior de la niñez, garantizando de manera plena sus derechos. Los niños y las niñas tienen derecho a la satisfacción de sus necesidades de alimentación, salud, educación y sano esparcimiento para su desarrollo integral. Este principio deberá guiar el diseño, ejecución, seguimiento y evaluación de las políticas públicas dirigidas a la niñez.”

Artículo 1: “En los Estados Unidos Mexicanos todas las personas gozarán de los derechos humanos reconocidos en esta Constitución y en los tratados internacionales de los que el Estado Mexicano sea parte. [...]
Las normas relativas a los derechos humanos se interpretarán de conformidad con esta Constitución y con los tratados internacionales de la materia favoreciendo en todo tiempo a las personas la protección más amplia.[...]”

Artículo 133: "Esta Constitución, las leyes del Congreso de la Unión que emanen de ella y todos los Tratados que estén de acuerdo con la misma, celebrados y que se celebren por el Presidente de la República, con aprobación del Senado, serán la Ley Suprema de toda la Unión. Los jueces de cada Estado se arreglarán a dicha Constitución, leyes y tratados, a pesar de las disposiciones en contrario que pueda haber en las Constituciones o leyes de los Estados."

Artículo 27.XX: “El Estado promoverá las condiciones para el desarrollo rural integral, con el propósito de generar empleo y garantizar a la población campesina el bienestar y su participación e incorporación en el desarrollo nacional […] El desarrollo rural integral y sustentable a que se refiere el párrafo anterior, también tendrá entre sus fines que el Estado garantice el abasto suficiente y oportuno de los alimentos básicos que la ley establezca.”

Artículo 46: “En el territorio nacional toda persona goza de la protección estatal y del reconocimiento de los derechos inherentes a la persona humana, del irrestricto respeto, promoción y protección de los derechos humanos y de la plena vigencia de los derechos consignados en la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos; en la Declaración Americana de Derechos y Deberes del Hombre; en el Pacto Internacional de Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales; en el Pacto Internacional de Derechos Civiles y Políticos de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas; y en la Convención Americana de Derechos Humanos de la Organización de Estados Americanos.”

Article 11: “Economic principles -  
"The national economy is based on justice and the principles of free economy. Its essence is the constructive and fruitful cooperation between public and private activity. Its objective is the achievement of economic and social development in order to increase production and raise the standard of living of the Citizens according to the general plan of the State and within the limits of the Law […].” 

Article 12: "The social principles -  […] The family is the basis of the society and the Law regulates the means for protecting it, preserving its legitimate entity, strengthening its ties and values, safeguarding its members and providing suitable conditions to develop their potential and capabilities. The State guarantees aid for the Citizen and his family in cases of emergency, sickness, disability, and old age according to the social security scheme. The State shall work for the solidarity of the Society in bearing the burdens resulting from national disasters and catastrophes. The State is responsible for public health and the means of prevention and treatment of diseases and epidemics. The State endeavours to provide healthcare for every Citizen and encourages the establishment of private hospitals, polyclinics and medical institutions to be under its supervision and in accordance with regulations determined by the Law. The State also works for the conservation of the environment, its protection, and the prevention of pollution."

Article 44: “The Council of Ministers is the authority entrusted with the implementation of the general policies of the State and in particular undertakes the following: Protecting the interests of the Citizens and ensuring the availability of the necessary services to them, and enhancing their economic, social, health, and cultural standards. Determining the objectives and the general policies for economic, social, and administrative development and proposing the necessary means and measures for their implementation which ensure the best utilisation of the financial, economic and human resources.”
