This document is a collection of presentations and discussions that took place in the “Agricultural Value Chain Finance” international seminar organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), RUTA and the Academia de Centroamérica. This document summarizes the main ideas discussed throughout the seminar and shares lessons learned by participants and organizers. It should serve as a source of inspiration for officers, leaders and practitioners in the area of agriculture and finance, extension agents, and in general, all the people in institutions that provide financing or other types of support to agricultural chains.
