Everyone has a favourite food. What’s yours? Having said that, eating foods that give your body everything that it needs is even more important than just eating what you like. Your body needs a range of different nutrients for many different uses and activities.  You need to get all of them in the correct amounts to be healthy!

This Challenge Badge you will tell you about the kinds of nutrients your body needs to live a happy, healthy lifestyle. You will learn which foods to get important nutrients from, and how to best prepare these foods to make the most of the nutrients available. Yum! Have fun!
