Praia, Cabo Verde. This forum is organized by the Government of Cabo Verde through the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the National Agency for Water and Sanitation (ANAS), the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

The forum aims to identify concrete - practical, innovative and collaborative - solutions to address water scarcity in agriculture in a changing climate.

With a focus on Small Island Developing States and West African countries, the forum is expected to illustrate how water scarcity in agriculture can be addressed and turned into an opportunity for sustainable development, food and nutrition security.
