Editorial Ciencias Médicas is the publishing house of the Centro Nacional de Información de Ciencias Médicas. Since its creation on 6 September 1988, it has developed two fundamental activities: the publication of journals and books specialised in health sciences, aimed at students, professionals and technicians of the National Health System.

Mission
To satisfy the demand for scientific literature for the curricula and the different specialities of the health sciences, and to disseminate the scientific results of Cuban specialists.

Vision
We promote editorial projects for the Infomed Network designed to offer quality publications that facilitate effective communication with readers, socialise the knowledge generated in health processes and the transfer of scientific information aligned with Open Science.
