The Colombian Ocean Commission (Comisión Colombiana del Océano – CCO) is a government advisory body in Colombia responsible for coordinating national policies, research, and management related to the country’s marine and coastal resources. It promotes scientific studies, sustainable use of oceans, maritime governance, and collaboration among governmental, academic, and private sectors to support the protection and sustainable development of Colombia’s marine and coastal ecosystems.
