Corporación Universitaria del Caribe (CECAR) is a university institution in Colombia, with its main campus in Sincelejo, subject to inspection and oversight through Law 1740 of 2014 and Law 30 of 1992 of the Colombian Ministry of Education. It was founded in 1978 by a group of university professors from Córdoba and Sucre.
