The Institute of Eastern European Research and Consulting (IEERC), officially registered as ГО "Інститут східноєвропейських досліджень і дорадництва" (NGO IEERC), is an independent non-governmental organization located within the campus of Kharkiv National Agrarian University (KhNAU) in Ukraine. While it is not an official department of KhNAU, its presence on the university's campus suggests a collaborative relationship.
