Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE)
Argentina
Between the years 1920 and 1955, university life in the Northeast was constituted by the operation of Faculties, Careers and Institutes created by the National Universities of the Litoral and Tucumán and subordinated to them.
Among the Faculties that made up the UNL was the Faculty of Agriculture, Livestock and Related Industries based in the city of Corrientes. There arose - as an initiative of a group of professors and in response to the needs of the environment - the National Institute of Teachers, whose operation was authorized by the Rectorate of the National University of the Litoral on June 6, 1951.
