The University of Murcia (UM) is a public university located in the Region of Murcia. Its centres are spread over five campuses. It was originally founded in 1272 under the Crown of Castile, linking its foundation to Alfonso X the Wise, and later in 1915, in 1915, it was founded by the King of Spain.
