The Bangladesh Association of Plant Taxonomists (BAPT) is a professional organization in Bangladesh dedicated to promoting plant taxonomy research. It was formed in 1992 with the goal of advancing the study of plant classification and diversity in Bangladesh. BAPT is also the publisher of the peer-reviewed Bangladesh Journal of Plant Taxonomy (BJPT).
