The Argentine Center of Meteorologists is an association that brings together professionals in meteorology and related disciplines, founded on July 11, 1969. Its primary objective is to promote the scientific and economic improvement of meteorological activity. Since then, the CAM has supported various initiatives presented by its members to contribute to both scientific and technical improvements.

Furthermore, with the goal of helping meteorology develop its full potential in our country, the CAM continues working toward the passage of a professional meteorology law to regulate the activity.
