I think proper intermediateries with licence and storage [cold storage where necessary] facility shall be allowed to buy at farm prices adopted by the agriculture department.The co-operative [group] concept movent and finacing is important.
That leads to more involvement of the stake holder.
Opening many bank branches ,and allowing the function of more cooperative and thrift societies,needs to be encouraged by providing them with the required equity from a bank or from government.

better product development,
Value added services- such as forecasting, pest warnings, crop advisories,
better packaging of products e.g. agri and health, life, insurance and savings etc.

We are looking at a farmer who can join the global farmers community,and we want betterment of the individual,the society and the respective countries.
A dead line of 'watchful period of 3- to 5 years' 'after the technologies are made available' and collabarated by third party assessment are essential.
