The use of drones in agriculture is alien to most researchers and farmers in Nigeria. I have no personal experience in this innovation. I know from literature search on the topic that the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority already has a legislation governing use of unmanned aircrafts. For me its a challenge that we should quickly ammend our curriculum to capture this subjects to enable us be at par with the rest of the world. My area is animal nutrition and I wish to be further informed to what extent drone technology has been deployed in this field.
