Hi - I am Chris Brown, formerly of just about everywhere and currently Chief of the Division of Aquaculture and Enhancement with the US Department of Commerce. For the most part we work on the domestication of bivalves - scallops, oysters, etc. A lot of my focus in the past has been on cost effective feeding strategies for tilapia in the Philippines, and also a good deal on the cultivation of marine ornamental fish. In the coming months I will be establishing a "podcast", primarily as a means of disseminating technical information to tilapia farmers in SE Asia, but as is the case with all podcasts it will be accessible everywhere. I will announce here when that project moves forward.
