Rwanda has got a drone policy; which means if you want to use drones for diferent purpose you have to have a permission. I missed 2 chances of assisting to the use of drones : 1st time , I was working with reporters from deutsche welle to produce a short story on Rugezi wetland lacated in Nothern Rwanda. The second time , my organization in partenership with Conservatiion International were carring out a study on ecosystems within Nyabugogo watershed in Rwanda. From that time, I realeased that drones are important in agriculture related fields. Before, I used to think that drones are only for military purposes. But in Rwanda, we are also using them for helath purpose---to transport bloods to different hospitals. It's really amazing.
