اختتمت منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (الفاو)، بالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة ووزارة الزراعة والموارد المائية في إقليم كردستان (MoAWR-KRG) ومركز إدارة الطوارئ لصحة الحيوان (EMC-AH)، ورشة عمل استمرت خمسة أيام في أربيل بعنوان «إعداد الدليل الوطني للعمليات خلال الطوارئ المتعلقة بالصحة الحيوانية / خطة الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERP)»، وذلك في إطار مشروع الفاو «تعزيز التشريعات البيطرية في العراق وتوسيع نطاق تقديم خدمات صحة الحيوان ورصد الأمراض» .
