The International One Health Ecohealth Congress in Melbourne has included a Food and Water Security Theme for the first time. In the lead up to the congress, a pre-congress workshop on Sustainable Food Systems was hosted at the University of Sydney by the CPC/MBI Healthy Food Systems: Nutrition*Diversity*Safety Node. Workshop participants issued a workshop statement (attached) that endorses key points included in your draft and proposes actions to address these pressing issues.
