She has expertise in international and development law, with a focus on the interaction between human rights and sustainable food and agriculture. She has worked at FAO in the last 10 years providing legal advice on issues related to food security and nutrition, social protection, cooperatives, natural resources governance, and indigenous people’s collective rights. Part of her work focuses on providing legal support for a healthy school food environment that promotes nutrition-sensitive agriculture and inclusive procurement and value chains.
