Marlen Tynaliev has recently joined FAO KG and started working in the position of Food Security Consultant. In his current assignment, he involved in identification, formulation and preparation of programme and project proposals related to food security activities. He completed a Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program at Cornell University (NY, USA), which was devoted to Agriculture and Rural Development. For the last six years, he worked in agriculture and rural development in Kyrgyzstan. He participated in the successful implementation of several World Bank’s agricultural development projects including “Agribusiness and Management”, “Agricultural Productivity Assistance” and “Support to Community Seed Funds” in Kyrgyzstan.
