SSF Guidelines: Gender Equity and Equality

This short animated video promotes awareness and discussion on gender equality in small-scale fisheries. One of the goals of the Voluntary Guidelines for Securing Sustainable Small-Scale Fisheries in the Context of Food Security and Poverty Eradication (SSF Guidelines) centres on challenging gender-discriminatory laws, policies, customs and practices, and transforming institutional arrangements to facilitate gender equitable small-scale fisheries.
