The Smart Aquaculture Biosecurity (SAB) project supports countries in building sustainable, resilient shrimp aquaculture systems through improved biosecurity and digital innovation. In Peru, the project addresses one of aquaculture’s biggest challenges: the management of disease risks that threaten livelihoods, food safety, and environmental sustainability.
