Costa Rica SCALA Inception Report

This Inception Report highlights the outcomes of the inception activities undertaken by FAO and UNDP, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. To translate the priorities defined in national plans, five transformative climate actions have been identified contributing to adaptation and mitigation efforts in the livestock, coffee, and family farming sectors. The report is in Spanish and has an executive summary in English.
