Ethiopia SCALA Inception Report

This Inception Report highlights the outcomes of the inception activities undertaken by FAO and UNDP, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Commission to determine the scope and areas of SCALA programme implementation in Ethiopia. Moreover, it outlines the theory of transformative change for the programme implementation in Ethiopia’s watershed and pastureland management.
