Provision of Multi-Functional Printer Services

FAO Regional Office for Near East and North Africa has published an Invitation to Bid ; ITB # 2024/RNEXD/RNEXD/126905 for the Provision of Multi-Functional Printer Services.

Extending the deadline for tender submission to the 19th of May 2024 14h00 PM Cairo Time. This extension is intended to accommodate additional vendors interested in seizing this business opportunity, which entails leasing for a year with the possibility of extending for another two years. Moreover, there is an opportunity for the leased items to be utilized by other UN Agencies operating in Egypt.

Additionally, we have revised the administrative criteria to broaden the bidding eligibility to all capable vendors with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of leasing such equipment. This adjustment aims to ensure a more inclusive and competitive bidding process.
