Livestock Environmental Assessment and Performance Partnership (LEAP)

This form serves as the application to join the Expert Database of the Livestock Environmental Assessment and Performance (LEAP) Partnership hosted by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.

 The FAO LEAP Partnership is recognized as a pre-eminent global multi-stakeholder partnership within the UN system. Established in 2012, it is one of the largest livestock-related partnerships, encompassing approximately 250 partners and 1,000 leading livestock experts globally. LEAP's mandate is to advance the environmental sustainability of global livestock supply chains while ensuring their economic and social viability. The Partnership is internationally recognized for delivering reliable, science-based, and globally harmonized metrics and methods for the entire livestock sector.

 This LEAP Expert Database brings together specialists and scientists across disciplines to provide technical advice, scientific input, peer review, and capacity-building support to the FAO Sustainable Livestock Transformation Initiatives and the priorities outlined by the FAO LEAP Partnership.
