"Water is not only a vital resource but also a potent instrument for fostering peace and stability," remarked Mr. Sadres during the seminar. "In Latin America, where water plays a crucial role in socio-economic development and environmental sustainability, effective water management is paramount for promoting peace and addressing regional challenges."
