11月面粉价格上涨，且远高于去年同期水平
11月，一级面粉的零售价格继6-8月保持相对稳定、10月小幅上涨后走高，原因是季节性趋势，加之国家货币兑美元贬值。由于对疫情的担忧导致消费需求激增、市场遭受冲击以及该国主要供应国哈萨克斯坦实施出口限制，3-5月价格曾出现大幅上涨，加之近期价格上扬，目前价格远高于去年同期水平。国家货币疲软（自2019年11月以来兑美元已经缩水超10％）也造成了价格同比显著走高
