Climate change impacts in the Indonesian agricultural sector and coastal areas

16 May 2016--- To find out more about the impacts and efforts to adapt to climate change in the agricultural sector and coastal areas in Indonesia, Noor Chasanah of JRKDem interviewed Mr. Kustiwa Adinata, Secretary General of IPPHTI (Ikatan Petani Pengendalian Hama Terpadu Indonesia/ Indonesian Farmers Association of Integrated Pest Management). He shared information about the impatcs and problems caused by climate change such as floods, droughts, cyclones, landslides and the emergence of plant pests and diseases that arise suddenly and are difficult to predict.
