The Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was created in 1993 by Decree of the President of the Republic M.E. Nikolaev as the highest scientific organization integrating the scientific potential of Yakutia. This is a state budgetary institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the founder of which is the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
