The Southern Centre for Scientific Research (CADIC) is the southernmost multidisciplinary research centre in the world - with the exception of the Antarctic bases. Develop fundamental research, applied science and technological innovation in the southern end of Argentina, with a global and local perspective, impact and relevant to sustainable human development and the conservation of natural and cultural heritage. Contribute to the management of public policies and socio-economic and environmental activities for the resolution of local, regional and national problems, including those of global significance.
