Muni University is the sixth public University established by Act of the Parliament of Uganda under Statutory Instrument No. 31 of 2013.
Motto: “Transforming Lives”.
Vision: “To be a model University of transformation and development”.
Mission: “To provide quality education, generate knowledge, promote innovation, and
community empowerment for transformation”.
The University trains students at both Undergraduate and Graduate levels. These programmes are housed in six faculties, namely: Faculty of Technoscience, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Management Science, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Health Sciences.
