To contribute to meeting the population’s food needs by providing an updated technical foundation for national poultry production, while taking into account the environmental issues arising from it, through the generation and transfer of new technologies in the areas of poultry health, nutrition, genetics, and rearing systems; as well as offering scientific, technical, and educational services and providing advisory support.
