Universidad Veracruzana (UV) is a public higher education institute, located in the state of Veracruz, Mexico and distributed through five campuses, Veracruz-Boca del Río, Orizaba-Córdoba, Coatzacoalcos-Minatitlán, Poza Rica- Tuxpan and Xalapa. Founded in 1944, UV has from its conception held a strong social vocation and commitment to the community of Veracruz, responding to the needs of regional development.
